Beautiful location with breathtaking views

Stunning views, large beautiful beach, beautifully landscaped and very nice and friendly staff all over the hotel.

Low water pressure in the shower. In fairness, I’m very particular about water pressure, other guests may be fine with it, as is.

Amazing!

The view from the room was immaculate and service was superb. I though about going to Sailrock, but that place was double the price and East Bay Resort has a beautiful beach with soft sand. The included breakfast was beyond a continental selection. They had a full breakfast menu for us to choose from each day. The good was delicious at the blu restaurant and I got my COVID test back in minutes. They had room service come clean the room each day and provided free water to the room because the island is so hot. I highly recommend. This cost us $250/night and it was well worth it. 5 stars plus!!!

I wished they had more water sports to offer like jet ski’s and kiteboarding. I had to find locals around town to do this type of stuff. Also the massage I planned for the beach was canceled 5 minutes before my appointment because they did not have enough masseuse available.

We would visit again when the weather is better and COVID restrictions aren't so severe.

We had a lovely time at East Bay. Bert, Mateo, and team were very friendly and super helpful. Can't say enough great things about them. The room and view from the room were great! The property is also very pretty and easy to walk around.

The weather was excessively windy, which made snorkeling and water activities (even just sitting on the beach) not the best (and sometimes impossible). COVID restrictions meant that we could only eat at the resort, and the menus could have used a little more variety (they had a new menu on our last day that looked good), but more importantly, there was a lot of variability with the food, even when we ordered the same thing. Predictability/reliability goes a long way.

Relaxing aweswom vacation. We truly enjoyed the quite, serene, beautiful location.

Breakfast was plentiful and included. Kids loved it and the staff was very flexible. Continental with options for Pancakes, Eggs etc The beach was fantastic. Soft sand, kids loved walking around collecting shells. My wife could ont get over how "untouched" the beach was. The pool was a good size and kids enjoyed it immensely. The location did not have too many people. It was perfect for a secludd family or romantic getaway. We walked out of our hotel room... 3 minutes later we were on the beach! Safe location... no worry about crime.

Room was flawed initially, but staff rectified the situation immediately. Make sure you pack ALL essentials. It is hard to find sunscreen or other essentials on this island. No problem on the main island if you are staying there.

The property was amazing!!! Clean, quiet, definitely a more relaxing trip. Our room had an extra room in it which we did not expect, we were in the 1st floor beach front room, had a kitchen, washer and dryer, one queen bed, and one king bed. Our sliding door was hard to open but nothing to make our stay any less enjoyable. The staff came within minutes if you called the front desk. The beach was breath taking, I highly recommend the star fish tour (can’t remember what it is actually called) but it is a little over two hour tour which takes you on a boat to go snorkeling (which you see soooooo many fish, and sting rays) then it takes to iguana island which you feed iguanas (how awesome!) and then you go to star fish alley which you can see and touch star fish in the ocean. This tour is for all ages. I would definitely visit this resort again.

I didn’t like the food at the resort, it was okay to eat... but we order a grilled cheese and all they did was toast two pieces of bread and put a slice of cold cheese on it, they “remade” it 3 times and still was the same. We didn’t have to pay for that meal but the local food on the island was great!!

Amazing Location, Well Appointed butwait staff could improve

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! It's a gorgeous property beachfront to a lovely, secluded white sand beach with no one around for miles. The rooms have great A/C, are modern and we'll appointed including full kitchen and laundry. Jeremiah picked us up from the airport, he's a local guy full of energy and was a great "tour guide" on the way to the resort. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk by Marva, with 2 flutes of tropical punch, nice touch! We arrived well before check-in time, were offered complimentary breakfast and our room was ready in no time. Burt, the resort Manager was an excellent host. He was very personable, took us in to town for food and drinks several times, dropped to show us the flamingos and drove us back to the airport. Very nice! The main thing was he seclusion. Most times we had the pool, and beach all to ourselves as it hasn't hit peak period yet. Absolutely stunning location and would definitely return

The elevators were said to not be working, and in reviews from last year was the same thing so not sure if they have ever been working. The bathroom in our room was well appointed but awkward. The WiFi was poor in the far rooms though generally usable. The bed frame is very sqeuaky, almost like there is plastic under it. My main gripe is about the wait staff in the restaurant. I believe they were Dominican, as they didn't speak much English. They had exactly the opposite demeanor I would expect of wait staff. Zero knowledge of the menu, they barely spoke, were neither pleasant nor rude, one took my wife's plate out from under her whilst she was finishing her last piece of chicken and then she had nowhere to put the bone. The food was good but they need real waitresses in a bad way

Perfect location near town , Great beach, and pool , superb property managers totally engaged with guests, good food yet It being off season , wait staff was understaffed at dinner time . We’ve owned on grace bay in provo for 20 years and this was our first visit to south Caicos . Beach comparable to grace bat though smaller

Beautiful resort for those who want a quiet place to relax and recharge.

Beautiful beach, lovely staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms with incredible views. Very quiet but friendly island.

There isn’t a huge amount to do on the island. A few little things would make this place top notch - such as always having towels available at the beach (they ran out a lot - but always worked to get more).

Best Quick Getaway!

We were arriving earlier than the check in time, generously they checked us in and let us have the room :) The staffs were attenttive and polite. They were really taking care of us. All the managers on the floor to have direct contact with the guests to get to know them and check the stay their experience.

The room that we had was a bit sandy. Need more attention in detail. The rest everything was excellent.
